Airline megaphone.  You've all seen these.  When the FA stands in front of the passengers and says;  "Evacuate the aircraft!!!!  AND...if anyone tries to leave with his/her carry on luggage, we will duct tape you to your seat".
 
This one has a broken latch for the end cap.
