3M WX-11 STORMSCOPE.  Just removed from a flying aircraft, this is yellow tagged tagged "serviceable", June 2020.  The ones we see for sale at $2500 usually are not yellow tagged, most don't include the harness, ours does.  Ours also includes the antenna, which is easily worth $500 alone.
