Beautiful cockpit seats from an ERJ140, N814AE.  If you are not a Boeing purist, and you need seats for your 737 sim, this is your chance.  These are STRAIGHT rail seats, NOT J rail.  Even so, you end up with a nifty looking set of seats WITH headrests.  Boeing seats with headrests are extremely hard to find and outrageously expensive, these are not.  These are very slightly narrower than 737 seats, so J rails are not required.
